Rotated Side Chair Move in Vinyasa Yoga

So the next variation of a bound to a sit chair will be stepping back into a rotated side angle. So you can inhale, bend your knees, draw the arms up, exhale, hands into prayer, rotate at the waist drawing your elbow across to your outer thigh and then step your free leg back, connect your thumbs towards the center of your chest. Feel you breathe nice and full, can release you arms in opposite directions and then draw your palms back together. Connect your front foot strongly, step your back foot forward and then inhale. Drawing back into chair, exhale.
