Alright, so we’re going to talk about a pull one set first. I’m lined up on Robbie; I’m a defender inside right here and we’re going to show instead of power sliding down hard inside, trip him with my knee I’m going to step in the bucket a little bit, okay just show them that foot work right there. Okay, go okay now look at his tilt of his shoulders right here as the defender goes inside because his shoulders are turned he’s got a chance to rip or swim and he’s got him beat because of that soft shoulder.
