Straight up, spread your legs. We’re going to a spread; that’s another stretch right there. This is another hamstring stretch right here. You want to try to hold it for like 20 seconds. Alright let’s go to your right knee, going down on the right knee… same thing, you want to hold it for 20 seconds. Alright we’re going to go to the left; if they’re feeling like tight, you want to hold it a little longer, but don’t force it. And each time, what you want to do is raise back up, take a deep breath. Okay we’re going to go back down on it again, and each time you should get farther and farther on your stretch.
