So the next series working from a plank position. First you can come onto all fours. Press back into your downward facing dog and then extend forward into the plank position. Take your right towards the center of your mat, roll to your right hand, a little to the side of your right foot. Extend your top arm up. You can lengthen it overhead and then release your palms back down and come back into a plank. Switch side, left hand comes towards the center. Rolling to the side of your foot. Draw your arm up. Release your hands back down to plank and then pressing back, downward facing dog.
