The next series of poses are good core strengtheners. So you can press up into your downward facing dog. Lift you right foot up off the floor. Open up the hip. Bend the knee and then float the knee towards your forehead and then extend the leg back. Inhale there, exhale, draw your knee forward. Inhale, press it back. Exhale, extend forward, inhale back, exhale forward, inhale back, exhale back, downward facing dog.
