Alright this is what we got today. We’re going to do 15 on the bike, and then after that we’re going to stretch. Go ahead and start pedaling, let’s keep it up on 80, just keep it right there. Alright, what are we going to do after this? After this we’re going to go ahead and we’re going to stretch with the band, we’re going to do our abs with the ball, okay with the one hand ball drill. Alright, we’ll just do it like that your favorite, alright, cool.
