Triangle to Moon Move in Vinyasa Yoga

So the next flow we are going to show is from treekanasana to artatrandasana. So you can inhale extend your arms up. Exhale, dive forward. Lengthen your spine on the inhale. Exhale, step the right foot back. Draw your left hand towards your ankle coming into treekanasana. Feel your breathe lengthening your spine and then begin to shift your back foot forward, your front hand forward, lift your back foot off the floor, finding the pose, stacking your hips, extend out through your top arm and then release your foot back down, step back to treekanasana. Inhale, up and exhale hands to the floor, back foot steps forward, utanasana, inhale stand up, exhale tadasana.
