Raising in Omaha Poker

Okay, let's make sure that we know what Pot Limit Omaha tournament style is. We're going to start a sample hand and talk a little bit about it. The blinds are one white chip and two white chips. Remember, you can do that with tournament poker because the chips do not equate to a dollar value. They do have value, but, for the purpose of the tournament, they are tournament chips. Let's look at these hands. This fellow has ace, ten, nine, eight and he feels a little lively even though it's a rainbow. He's going to make the call. I'm looking at ace, king suited, six, deuce. Any time you see ace, king suited, see the flop. So I call. In the small blind, we have, queen, jack, ten, six. It's only one more chip to complete. So we have a call here, and then here's your hand in the big blind. You have jack, eight, seven, three. It's not a stellar hand, but, you're already in with the big blind, so you say, check. Collect the pot, pots right, and we go to the flop. Here it comes. We burn one card, deal three face down, turn it over and that's the flop. The flop is queen of hearts, ten of spades, six of hearts. We will continue with the hand in the next segment. Find out what the action is, what the roller coaster ride of the poker hand is and who wins.
