The Vinyasa style of yoga is a form that links postures one to the next through breath. So it’s based on the movement of the breath and it’s a way to build heat and intensity in your pose or in your practice and also a way to help to strengthen and open up tight muscles. When you create heat in your body then you can release some tightness and some things that are going on and also from the poses in the activity which is to produce strong practice you can actually start to strengthen yourself to be able to move into more advanced poses.
