Mixing the Ingredients: Learn How Wine Is Made

So now we’ve prepped it and now we got to do is mix this in real good. Now we first bring over here. Usually it’s a wooden stick, isn’t it? Like a plunger? It was a wooden stick with a round disk on it and now they make them in stainless steel with little squares on them. We don’t like them. We wanted to keep it close – This is the closest we could do with PVC. It holds up and it lasts long and it’s a lot more fun to see what you are doing.
