In this next segment, I'll be demonstrating techniques for working with Plantar Fasciitis, which is a form of tendinitis that occurs in the foot. I'm just preparing the tissue right now with some lotion. I like to use a combination of a medium weight lotion with some oil, medium weight oil. I use it sparingly because I like to be able to feel the surface of the skin that I'm working with and I'm trying to create a certain amount of friction and warmth. And if you use too much lubricant, you lose the ability to do that. I'm just warming up the heel here a little bit, and the plantar surface of the foot.
