Adding Tartaric Acid: Learn How Wine Is Made

This is 300 milligrams of tartaric acid. Is a full cup? No. We need only a 1/3 so one of you are going to have to grab this and hold the 2/3 away and pour it in. So we are going to have to remember, don't go over. I believe in cooking by eye and this here is a time when we can cook by eye .
