Today we're going to demonstrate some techniques on how to work with tendinitis. Now we're going to learn some techniques on dealing with biceps tendinitis. This is also another problem that can be related to repetitive motion. More often than not, it doesn't have to do with desk work. It may have to be, it may have a sports related connection, or it may be related to having to do lifting associated with work, or any kind of everyday activity such as gardening, housekeeping, lifting up children. The biceps tendon is found just down below the deltoid, just about the area where the deltoid inserts into the bone. You'll find the bone to be just under the surface of the skin there. I'm going to have my client relax his arm a little bit. Okay, and here we have the biceps.
