How to Pack Luggage When Planning a Vacation

Hi! I’m Stephanie Phillips with expertvillage.com. We’re talking about packing. How does it begin? Well, if you’re like my husband, this is what you do. I’m ready, it’s all there! But when you get there you can’t wear anything because it’s full of wrinkles. Also, when you pack like that it takes up so much room you don’t get anything in the suitcase. How do you really pack? First thing you do is roll your clothes. Put them exactly like that; roll them. Believe it or not, they tend to be less wrinkled and they take up a lot of less space. If you have shoes use a plastic bag. Stick them in the plastic bag. They’re not going to get your clothes dirty. They’ll fold right up in the bag and they’ll fit in the corner of your luggage instead of getting everything dirty. These bags are invaluable for sweaters; items that you want to make sure that don’t get lost, little things. It can anything from a small purse to socks. You name it, these little bags can help you out with packing. Remember, when you get there you may have a beautiful evening gown like this that’s underneath this bag. How are you going to pack that? Believe it or not, in this bag and on the hanger folded up inside your suitcase, it will never wrinkle and you’ll great when you get there.
