Obviously, a laminate trimmer will not be used by you every day. If you can, try. Try to utilize cases provided by the manufacturer. They are very sturdy, very good for storage of your tools. They will keep the tool dry. They will keep it out of the reach of unwanted users. In particular, I'm talking about kids. Try to keep those tools higher, somewhere above the level of the little child obviously. Usually what you get with the case, it will be all preformed. All you have to do once you use it, clean up the tool a little bit, either with the soft cloth or something of the sort. Then, you just place it inside the case and you put it away for further usage. It will also keep all the parts, that are interchangeable, in one place. Should you ever have a use for lending the tool, you know that all that anybody would have to use is right there in this case. It comes in this beautiful black color, with the beautiful DeWalt sign. Any manufacturer will have their own case specifically molded for your type of laminate trimmer. This is very important. Thank-you.
