Changing Bits of Laminate Trimmer

Now we will demonstrate how to change the bits on a laminate trimmer. As I said before, there is a base, there is a motor with housing. In order to change the bit you have to loosen up the locking level, undo this little screw, gently slide off the base. You place the tool on the table or on a solid surface and remember try to locate this little locking button under the shaft. It will cause to lock the shaft and thus properly attach a wrench. Usually manufacturers supply the wrenches with the tools. In this case, this is what we are going to be using, and it's a #17 or 17 mm. Pressing the button firmly down, you place the wrench on the collett and you undo it. You remove the shaft from the collett and let's just change this bit for this one here. You place it back. You press the button again and you tighten up this little screw. Press it firmly and tighten up some more. You don't have to exert a lot of power on this, this is just to make sure it's firmly in the collett. This is for your own safety as well as for the cleanness of cut and finished product. Thank you.
