Okay we're now going to talk about the semi rimless style for children. I'm wearing a semi rimless frame right now and it just is identified by the fact that it has a metal top. It doesn't have to be metal but most of the times it is. Metal top and a filament string that holds the lens in on the bottom. Great for an adult. Very stylish I think but for a child probably not the best option. We'll take a look at a few. These frames here have the same customization abilities as the full metal frames. Being that you can bend the temples. They definitely come in different colors and all those different things. But a child is a little bit rougher on the glasses. And with that filament string that's holding the lens in, if that comes loose or somehow gets pulled off a little bit a few things could happen. A child could just lose the lens entirely or you can end up with lots of little chips in the lens or in the corner. And even though the child usually wears protective, special protective lenses, you could still have that chipping if enough force is put on that. And as we all know children are playing constantly, out and about. So I generally think that these are a little bit more fragile for children and I would definitely consider some of the other options that we've talked about or are going to talk about.
