Now we're going to talk about intros and outros. But let me tell you why we chose to talk about them towards the end. Because I feel like you should have the record complete in it's entirety before you try to do an intro or outro. Let me explain why. I've actually got a method to my madness. You want to know what you're going into and you want to know what you're coming out of. So it's hard to do an intro to a song that's just not done. It's not there. How can you introduce a song that you don't know nothing about, but if the song is already there you're introducing and bringing intro, which is introducing, a song that you know all about. And on the outro you're leaving a song that you've already written and recorded. It's already there. The proof is in the pudding on that situation. So, in your intros and your outros you want to be witty, choicey on wording, and the biggest thing is not too clustered. People hate songs with real clustered intros.
