I want to talk about technique now with the throw in. If you want to get a lot of power on your throw, you're going to have to take a couple of steps and really get all your body into it. It's not just coming from the arms. It's coming from the whole body, working with the center. You step back, the line is up there, you run up to the line and you drag your back foot. Now some people can actually run up, do a front hand-spring, land on their feet and throw the ball very, very, very far. I'm not going to do that today.
