Using Your In-Step in Martial Arts

Now, let's travel down all the way from the shin bone to the in-step. In-step, great weapon for snap kicking and roundhouse kick. Especially, with Tae Kwon Do and Karate. Kung Fu, yes we do that. Roundhouse kick, there are two types using shin bone or in-step. Now, in-step. Take a look. In-step is just like the back of your hand. Just like the back of your hand. When it snaps on the face, most likely you can make that person pass out right away. But, it's also a weakness. Take a look. The toes, when you throw a front kick you don't want to kick with your toes. Because, you are going to pop them. You kick with the in-step. Now, look at this. Snap, snap, snap. Can you imagine that if this power goes straight to the balls or your private parts, it's going to hurt. Now, next one. Let's talk about weakness. Can you imagine that, if I treat this part as my weakness target and I stomp right there with my whole foot. Especially the heel. And, especially for those ladies who wear high heels being attacked from the back and you just use that heel to stomp over the in-step. Let me tell you, that hurts very much. He can really experience how Jesus being crucified on a cross, the in-step being poked by the heel. It's a most painful part. The toes, forget it. There's no use for the toes. Except, balancing your body. So, at this moment we cover up the in-steps. Thank you.
