Using Your Thighs in Martial Arts

Now, we move down to the thigh. Take a look. Thigh has the most powerful group of muscles right here. Because, in order to kick you have to use your thigh to raise or pick up your knee. Look at this. Pick up your knee. Thigh is another powerhouse. If this is the main powerhouse, I call this the second powerhouse. Thigh can be treated as a weapon, as a weakness. Why? This part is a lot of muscle. But, think about it. Take a look. Take a look at his face. How did you like it? He won't like it. But, if he wanted to use it as a weapon. Now, most of the today's modern fighter. They love doing this. You see this? I'm not using my knee, I'm using my thigh. But, if I'm using my thigh against the punching bag. Come on, it's going to hurt. Because, it's a theory of diamond cuts diamond. It depends on who has bigger thigh when it comes to that point. But, most likely in order to break the thigh you don't use your hand. You use your foot. You can break that thigh muscle or make bruises right there. But, not recommending. Thank you.
