Using Your Body in Martial Arts

Now, at this moment let's talk about body. The body, the center of the body. Look at this. The muscles, the stomach. Got tons of muscle right there. You can use it as a weapon. Look at this. This is an object, you just simply bump it like a human truck. Most football players like using it. Wrestlers, of course. The body is the main temple of the spirit. Now, here's the dummy. Take a look. Wow, he needs a good shower my god. Now, anyway. The chest, forget about it. If I pound him on the chest, if he's a bodybuilder it seems I'm massaging him. This one forget it. If he has six pack, it's not going to work. But, how about here? Yeah, none of the body builders or boxers can really build up this part. As long as you can swing to this part, this part eight pounds or more it's going to crack. Otherwise, you can ask Mike Tyson about it. Now, let's go for the back. You see the spinal cord. This part, forget it. Because, we've got huge scapula's and can take it. The neck, the hip and right here. This part, especially being kicked by a foot. Done. Kick me. I don't think anybody can train this part. Thank you.
