Now, when we talk about the arms. Of course, we will not skip the subject of the elbows. Look at that. This part is one of the hardest parts of the human body. It can go up. It can go cross. It can go backward. It can go down. It can go up. It can go to the side. And, not only that it can go vertically, down. And, don't forget that. Because, your hand can go this side and that side.
