Using Your Elbows in Martial Arts

Now, when we talk about the arms. Of course, we will not skip the subject of the elbows. Look at that. This part is one of the hardest parts of the human body. It can go up. It can go cross. It can go backward. It can go down. It can go up. It can go to the side. And, not only that it can go vertically, down. And, don't forget that. Because, your hand can go this side and that side. It bumps up this side. It can go in that side. So, that basically covers up the angles of the elbows. So, think about it. Let's go for it one more time. Up, cross, back, going up, point. Now, going down, going up. These cover up the general technique of the elbows. Thank you.
