Using Your Arms in Martial Arts

Alright. Thank you for staying tuned. At this moment, we're moving all the way up to heaven. No, the hand. The forehand. Take a look. Now, hold your fist. You see, that fist part is a stronger part of the human body. Now, we are going to use the arm of course for blocks. Think about it, if someone tried to touch the face from this angle he's got to do outside block. If someone tried to touch the face from this side. Now, next one. If someone tried to touch the forehead if the object is right here, you've got to move it up for high block. Now, the last one down block. And, of course is some soft styles they have the inside block. We'll talk about it later. So, this covers the movement of the arm. Out, in, down, high and we will talk about it in more detail with more practice. Thank you.
