Using Your Wrists in Martial Arts

Why, thank you for joining. Now, let's move to the topic of the wrist. Take a look at the wrist. When you bump it up, it becomes a weapon. Once the wrist is up, the finger goes down. This part becomes a weapon we call beak. Now, besides beak it can become a hook. It can be a hook. So, now let's talk about these three subjects. When we use the wrist, it becomes a block. It becomes a weapon. Take a look. When we use the beak, definitely a weapon. Where do you have to poke? I think if you use your head, you will find that out. Now, look at this. You can use the hook. Inside hook or outside hook. Now, how about rotating your wrist inside out. Next one, outside in. So, this covers up the subject of the wrist. Thank you.
