Serving Sweet & Sour Tofu

So when I have my cubes, I'm going to add it very, very quickly when I stir the sauce into the tofu, because I want it barely, barely cooked. I don't want it mushy. I want the bright green color to remain, and I want it to have a crunch, but I want it to be warm. So, in the time it took me to cook the pepper, my sauce, my sweet and sour sauce, has completely thickened up very nicely. And what I'm going to do is take the tofu that we made, pour the sauce over it, keeping the heat on, about medium to medium-high. I'm going to add my bell pepper and I'm just going to cook it for about a minute, or until it's all hot. And I always tend to make extra sauce with whatever I'm making because some people just like to have more sauce, and it's also very good on the rice. I made some brown rice to serve with it. And that looks like it's heated up. I'm going to pour it into a serving plate. And once the tofu is made, that took, maybe, five minutes. So there we have it. Sweet and Sour Tofu.
