The Crossback Kick in Tai Chi

Now we call it the cross line kicks, why? Because you are rocking your body back and forth but you are going to kick with different legs. Two different kicks. Front kick, back kick. Front kick, back kick. When I am in this position, I have already thrown a right front kick. Now the next one is side kick, low side kick. Front, back. Front, back. Where am I kicking to? The shin, the knee. Now watch that again. Front, back. Front and back. Back. Again. Front. Back. Front. Back. So, does that make sense to you? When you master your balance, kicks should be easy. Well that was the crossing line of front kick and backside kick and it is time to move on to side kick.
