The Front Kick in Tai Chi

Now here comes the kick. I believe that I already mentioned about rocking feet, the rocking feet. And also the fighting position of Tai Chi. Now take a look. Meanwhile I am rocking my feet. You see the shifting of balance? Now, look at that from the side way. Now this time we are going to add the kick. Look at this, once I shift forward, back, forward, back, forward, back. In Tai Chi we do not want to kick high, because come on most people can block a kick above the belly button. But if I kick low, right below the target which is down to the belly button, we call it the jingle bell, it is difficult to block. Side position. And I am shrinking myself as small as possible. Because this, that is the next subject. It will not be included in Tai Chi but we will show it in a later chapter. And we are about to move on to the cross kick.
