The Ang Technique for Tai Chi

That was Ji. We just practiced that. Here comes ang. You take the problem, you send it. You take the problem, you send it. Same side, the other side. Pon, liu, ji. We stopped right there for our last topic. We take the problem, imagine there are two hands right here, ang. Ang. Take. So once we put them all together. Pon, liue, ji, ang. Pon, liu, ji, ...now do it in a softer mode. Now look at this. Pon, liu, ji, ang. Now that word ang means push. I have a guy right here, oh my god, and he is pushing me, again. He can push me like this, he can push me like this. So what am I going to do? Ang, then sit on it, turn, send. Again. He is coming, he is huge, my god. Draw him up, sit on it, down. That is send. Pon, Liu, Ji, Ang. That concludes the four basic elements of Tai Chi. And now it is about time to move on to the subject. We will call it the kicks.
