When it comes to Tai Chi Chuan there are four major techniques called Pon Le Ji On. Pon means frame. Le means carry. Chi means press. On means push. So now let us go for the pon. Again. Again. The other side. Pon, again. Pon, again. You can put your hands right here or here, it is up to you. But for self defense, most likely right here. Again, pon. Right here, Pon. Now what is the application for this? And I am going to show you how to use it. Imagine I am going to touch his chest. What he need to do is simply, floating hands up from the bottom, up. That is all. That is all. Good. And he still has one hand right there. One hand, right there, he can poke if I move forward. He still have a leg right there if he wants to kick me right in the shin. So now take that one more time, Pon. So this technique concludes the session of Pon. And let us move on to Le.
