Low to High Hand Exercise for Tai Chi

Now, remember this. We were doing high low. And we are going to move on to the opposite, low, high. Low...high. Low...high. Take a look, low and high. You are so into the universe incorporating and breathing. And I am going to turn this one, turn this exercise into a self defense technique. Take a look. Now look at this, this high low, we just did this. But how about the opposite way of doing it. Low, you see this. Sometime you can pop the arms up by taking a look, I am going to speed it up. I am going to speed it up. Or what you can do it this way, some styles of martial arts, like Krav Maga they do this. Then they have a hand. Again. It comes up. Either hand will be okay, you see this, you can even use both hands. And then this one, you twist. With one hand, one hand either side. Pick one, which side do you want? This side, yeah he said this side. So now according to his request I am turning this side and ah, I have a hand open. You see this? Sometimes, because my hand is shorter therefore I just turn my hip. If you have a long arm, do you know how much you are going to do if you have a long arm. So the length of the arm really creates the difference. For a guy like me, I have a shorter arm compared to this one. What am I going to do? I have got to use my hand right here before he throw the next attack, I come in with my palm. So that one, low high. And we are about to move on to the next subject called single whip.
