About Puerh Tea Leaves

Ok, puerh tea. Puerh tea can be green or black. It's a very, very rare and usually expensive tea that comes from the Unon province in China. Now, if you'll look over here I've got some puerh. It's part of a family known as compressed teas or brick teas. Where the tea is wrapped in this little package. But, when I get it out you'll see it's tightly compressed into this little block. And, what a puerh is it's really and acquired taste as tea goes. Puerh teas are fermented before they're dried. And, then they're aged for as long as thirty years. A lot of people describe the taste as moldy. And, it's definitely for you tea connoisseurs out there. But, if you want to try something really different go out and pickup some puerh and brew yourself a pot. And, just see where it goes.
