Materials for Decoupage Bookends

Our decoupage bookends are quick and easy to make. They add color to any room. Not only are they great for organizing books but they are also a wonderful way to display your collectibles. Here are the materials we'll be using for our decoupage bookend. There's a huge assortment of napkins that you can use. We'll be decoupaging with napkins. I've chosen, for a child's room, this one. We'll need some paint for the base. I'm going to use some white acrylic paint. You'll need some decoupage glue or you can use regular white glue, which works just as well. We're going to have a base of wood or MDF board. I have two pieces of MDF board measuring 5 inches by 4 inches. You'll need a paint brush, scissors, maybe a little ribbon to trim the edge, and some nonskid to glue to the bottom for the end.
