Hello, my name is Aaron De Azevedo, and I'm here with Expert Village. I'm going to answer a question about home studios. Lots of people ask, "Well, do I want a home studio? How much does it cost?" Things like that. So, your own home studio has advantages and disadvantages. The main advantage, and why people buy them, is because if you're going to lots of work here, it can end up being cheaper than going to a big production house and big recording studio. You can be looking at anywhere from $50 to $150 to $300 bucks an hour if you go to a real nice recording studio. The disadvantage is that you are not going to have all the nice stuff that they have. They have a bunch of mics that cost anywhere from $500 to thousands of dollars each. So, with a home recording studio, the advantage is you can spend as much time here as you want. You can take as many takes as you want, and you don't have to worry about the clock and how much you're spending. So that's the main advantage to a home recording studio.
