Color Plug to Repair Holes in Furniture

Ok. Now that our screw has been reinstalled, we're going to insert a plug like this. Now, if you're chair is going to refinished and color is important. You'll want to use some kind of stain or color to match the chair. You can do this by buying Marks a Lots, that look like wood. They have several different varieties at your home store. Or, you can use some water base or oil base wiping stain. Sometimes, you might have to do two applications. But, when you get your color right then we're going to put the plug in the chair. After the plug has been installed, if there's a little crack around the edge you can fill that in with a wax stick. They also sell those at your home store. And, you can just pick the color that is as close to your chair as possible.
