In this clip we're going to be going over how to use an object to go over, a kind of a soft object in case you fall, but it's going to really help you jump up in the air. You want to be able to go over it and clear it, kind of like just jumping over an object. Do something about waist level first, and that's going to help you just get over easier and if you get it go ahead and do stuff higher, go to stomach level, chest level, when you get it you can even go to neck level. And that's going to make sure you can get really high into the air. It just takes practice and you'll get it down. So let's go ahead and go over how to use a object to go ahead and go over. Okay, what I've got with my right here is a punching bag; it's one of the tops to our weigh masters. I'm just going to use this, it's a little above my waist but that's fine. You can practice with something from there. I'm going to scoot back a little bit. Now I'm going to just practice and go into the steps and get used to it first. So from here I'm going to step, step, dip, and go up and then see about where I'll clear it. And it looks like I'll be able to clear it just fine. So it's going to look like this. So after you get the step down using Mr. BOB or a partner, holding onto it, go ahead and practice going without it. And then go ahead and practice going over something like you just saw me do. If you hit it a few times, make sure you get something soft so in case you fall on it you don't get hurt.
