Okay in this clip, after we get the steps down for the Wushu, we are going to now start learning how to dip and kick up our leg to go into our butterfly or our Wushu. Okay, so reviewing the steps one more time, one, two, three. Now we're going to go into the next part into dipping and kicking our legs up. So we're going to be able to face the back, see how my back is towards you. I'm going to put my arms out, I'm going to dip, brush my leg all the way by my hands, come up, and kick to where I'm flat. You can see how my foot's about level to where my head is. Okay, let's do it sideways, get a side view of it. So from here you're going to step one, two, facing the back now, ready, arms out, dip, come all the way down, you're going to switch directions lifting your head up and kicking your leg up at the same time. You want your foot and your head to be level with each other. Okay now as you do this, start working doing it faster and faster. So let's just say I did the steps already, my body's facing this way, arms out, as I'm stepping into it, I'm coming down, fast, we're going to go here, and arms flat. So practice going into that position first. So again, arms out, dip all the way down, you don't want to go half way. I see a lot of people that they just do like this, you want to go all the way down, bend all the way over, come all the way up and then leg and arms. You're going to really throw it, one two. You're either going to pull them straight out or to the side. So ready, all together, one, two, dip, and up. And that is going to be the first positioning for your Wushu.
