Hi. I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village and today we're going to show you how to change the lock on your commercial steel door. Okay now we're going to take our key and put it in here and, hopefully, it's going to operate the mechanism. Okay, looks like that's working. So now what we have to do is tighten up these two little set screws right here and here, which will hold the cylinders in place so they won't spin around. So these two little set screws, we're going to tighten up with our little screwdriver. Okay, so now we're going to tighten up these two set screws but what we do is, we don't tighten up one of them all at once. One of them, we tighten them up a little bit at one and then we go back to the other one, back and forth so you don't tighten up one screw all the way and then it'll cause the other one to jam, so something like that. Okay, now we're going to test our mechanism. That looks good. We're going to test it on the outside now. Okay, that looks like that's working, so now we're going to finish tightening up these two set screws.
