Removing Screws to Replace Door LockHi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village and today we're going to show you how to change the lock on your commercial steel door. Then, you can see how the mechanism works with the lock. There is a, there are two small set screws in here which hold the cylinder in place. So what we're going to do now is get a small screwdriver and remove or loosen these two screws up. Okay, so we're going to next remove these two small set screws which are holding the cylinders in place. We probably don't need to completely remove them but we're going to take them almost out. That should be far enough. Right about there.
