Hi, my name's Sheena McLeod from Kitchen Connoisseur and today on behalf of Expert Village we're going to prepare a traditional Moroccan dish known as Beef and Acorn Squash Tagine. Okay, now we're going to remove the Tagine from the oven and add our final vegetable and let it cook for another ten minutes. Once again, we want to put the red pepper all over. It's the last vegetable to be added because it takes the least amount of cooking time. Just spread that over. We'll put the lid back on and put that back in the oven.
