Preparing Red Peppers for a Tagine Part 2

Hi. My name is Sheena McLeod from Kitchen Connoisseur. And today on behalf of Expert Village, were going to prepare a traditional Moroccan dish known as beef and acorn squash tagine. What were going to do is put this in the bowl. And were going to add the same ingredients again. Roasted garlic olive oil, fler de sal, Moroccan spices, and the freshly ground fresh peppers. You can see how that Moroccan spice can permeate right through the whole stew and become the overwhelming flavor. Were going to toss that up. This will be the last vegetable were going add into the stew, because it takes the leas time to cook.
