Caring for the Blades on a Plate Joiner

With time, as you do much plate joining, your blade will get dull, and also it will get gunked up. It's very normal and it's nothing spectacular. If you do not have a spare blade, sometimes it's just easier to take the blade off the tool, you place it on a flat surface and you will utilize something that is easily available from any supermarket. It's called Easy Off. Believe it or not, it is the best thing to take off any debris off the blades. Once you spray it, you let it sit on the blades for just a few minutes. You should utilize the gloves because this thing will peel the skin off of your fingers. But also it will clean the blade to the point where it is almost brand new. Unless you have chipped teeth, in which case you have to replace the blade. This blade can be used and re-used at least two or three more times. Those things are not very inexpensive, so obviously taking care of those will save you money. Thank you.
