Now it's time for wall jumps. Wall jumps are easy to find because you can just use a wall. You're going to first find a level. I'm going to go for the red. You're going to take both legs. Jump, and just touch that red mark as many times as you can. Now you're going to pause and get a little more advanced to the mixed color brick. Start squatting, and reach higher. Now you're body is going to get a little fatigued. You're legs are going to get tired so you can go back to that first level. And you can even turn around to your other side. Still breathing in the nose. Out the mouth. And then five more at your higher level. The highest that you can go. Those are your wall jumps.
