Now in this next clip we want to focus on the posture of your upper body not just specifically the foot work of a dance. Because that is also going to portray the way the dance is with the new partner on the dance floor. So when you take your partner gentleman don't squeeze her hand she'll let you know she'll kick you with the other foot. So you'll hold her hand and with the right hand it's sitting on her shoulder and you should be, your body should have a circle from your arms all the way around. From one arm to the next and it should be fairly tight so you can have the pushing and pull. If you are to relaxed you are going to be like this you need to have that space and need to have that firmness on the hold. Now in an oberek you are going to allow some bounce so there will be some bounce from the shoulders and from the arm. You don't need to be very tight and regiment in an oberek that is not fun. We're here so you can have fun on the dance floor, so keep relax and keep that hold but not to tight but not to loose.
