Talking about the practical aspect of teething. The first dental pain that your baby may so feel is during the eruption of the first tooth. That is age of about six to six and a half months. As a guess of common misconception there is no direct symptoms that effect the teething problems, like there will be one teething convulsions, no diarrhea, no constipation and no fever hat is associated with the teething. The only problem that your child may suffer, may suffer is that the pain an tenderness of that dental arch area and that objective should be to provide a local antiseptic anesthesia to all babies to just alleviate that pain.
