Jump rope - Jump rope's going to help out you in a very various ways. One, it's great cardiovascular work. It will raise up your fitness levels and also your endurance. Also, it helps with testosterone building and stress absorption, force absorption of the body, too. As well as also hand-eye and foot coordination. You can also now work on one foot as you go, and then you can alternate to the other foot. Then, you can also alternate each foot each jump.
