In this little segment we're going to take a look at the part of this song when he picks up the electric guitar and plays, basically, the same stuff. There's some modifications to it, so pay attention. Let's take a look. He'll start it off with the same pattern on the electric guitar that we did on the acoustic guitar. It sounds like this. (audio demo) When you play it again you're going to tag your finger down on the third fret of the high E string. The first couple are normal, and then in the fourth one, you hit that out. When he starts singing the verse, same idea as the verse on the acoustic guitar. (audio demo). When the drums kick in, we're going to play, kind of the same sequent that we did before, but we're going to hit it all down strums. We're going to switch to that same minor chord that we did before, and that same G chord that we did before. So all together that would sound like this. (audio demo) At this point, right before they go into the chorus, they're going to hit that flatted note, the second fret of the low E string. From that point, they'll go into an electric version of the chorus which I'll show you in the next segment. See you there.
