Alternate Picking Tips for Guitar Soloing

This will be in a groove type of situation, like playing off a blues style in a quicker style. I'll be playing in the scale of A. As you notice I am alternate picking with the same timing, jamming chords. If you notice when I am doing these licks I am constantly moving my hands up and down.
