Domino Polka Arm Positions

Now we'll focus on what the arms are doing, specifically what the lady will be doing on the round-a-bout. You're going to know you're coming into it because the gentleman is going to lift your arm over your head and then he's going to push his hand forward so you know you're going in a forward direction. So this is what your arms look like so far. They go up and forward. You're going to follow your arm around the gentleman. As you can see, the other arm comes up, you actually wind up behind your partner, and then you?re going to do your turn, to wind up back into cape position. We'll show that again. The gentleman lifts the arm, you know you're going forward and around. Once you get back to back, you're going to do one more turn under, to wind up back in cape position again. Nice and easy, never losing grip.
