Get Down High Fives

Another variation of the five is the low five also none as the get down. The thing about the get down is it's a high risk five. A lot of people think it's a very casual, slow entry, passing five but you need to be very careful because if you miss on the get down see he is protecting himself already, you could seriously injure your five partner. The last time I saw a serious injury with a low five was the last time that the little hand spoke. You need to be very careful. Another thing you need to think about when performing the get down is that it is the opposite of the high five. Notice how his hand is higher than my hand. Where as in the high five his hand is lower than my hand. The low side is the opposite of the high side. Watch your partners stuff and only do it passing really. It's a casual five. It's the most casual of the fives and that is the get down.
